We are in the process of preparing for the required filings for Job Retention Scheme claims to HMRC and ensuring we are in a position to assist you with this. In addition, even if the Job Retention Scheme isn’t relevant for you, this is useful to make sure everything is in place so that we have full access to HMRC payroll data so we can assist you both now and in the future with any PAYE queries.

We note that currently we do not have online access to your PAYE records with HMRC as your agents. We have therefore requested this from HMRC.

For this to be put in place, HMRC will send you a letter as seen below. This is to provide you with a code specified in the letter. We will need this code immediately when you receive it so we can use the code to get the agency set up before it expires.

As soon as you receive the letter, could you therefore please either scan or take a photo of the letter and send it over to Shelley or Chloe, or alternatively include the code in an email sent to Shelley or Chloe.

Please let us know if you have any queries on this so that we can ensure we can get this set up with HMRC.

Thanks for your help with this.
