IFA Administrator Role

This role will work directly for a number of Financial Planners who advise Clients on Whole of the Market products. Providing direct administration support in a demanding environment, the role will be varied, fast paced and can offer ongoing training and development. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Arrange meetings / scheduling Client meetings
  • Update and maintain the firm's diary system Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Advisers
  • Processing new business applications
  • Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
  • Chasing Letters of Authority
  • Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
  • File preparation for new clients and existing client reviews, including valuation reports (in line with MIFIID 2 legislation)
  • Maintain a computerised customer database
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications
  • Administration tasks such as scanning to maintain client data and files

Candidates applying must have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners, a Pensions Consultancy or a Provider background. You will understand how the industry works, and be keen to work within a growing Financial Planning business. Candidates must be Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive, as well as being a meticulous individual, who is able to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with High Net Worth Individuals.

Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing executive to fulfil a new and exciting role within the business and support our Marketing Manager. This is a varied role supporting two sides of the business, Clarke Nicklin Chartered Accountants, and Clarke Nicklin Financial Planning. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident, well presented and be able to hit the ground running. Content creation, and the management of all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, will play a big part in the role as well as updating multiple websites and executing targeted email campaigns. There will be an opportunity to work on large scale events and be involved with all areas of marketing for both sides of the business.
